Biblical Foods and Shalom Aleichem Shabbat Challah Cover

The Shabbat challah is covered with a challah cover until the blessing is said. This simply fun challah cover has a three sectioned square in the middle. Wheat, the essential ingredient of challah, is drawn at the bottom. Grapes and pomegranates are drawn in two parts on the top half of the square. Shalom Aleichem, a prayer said at the Shabbat table, borders the square. Two pomegranates are placed on two sides for a charming touch.
